The Expression of Wish Form is a document which ensures our records accurately reflect your current personal circumstances.

If you die before retirement, benefits may be payable from the Scheme that could include a return of your contributions, or a pension for your spouse or dependant. So that the Trustee knows to whom you would like any benefits paid, please complete an Expression of Wish Form, being sure to update it as your circumstances change.

When the Trustee is making their decision, they will take into account the nomination(s) stated on your Expression of Wish Form. However, your nomination(s) are not binding on the Trustee. You can access the form here.

If you still work for the Company, additional death benefits are payable, but you should contact your HR department for more information.
